JH Reach is not just a department within the JH Family of Companies but a department extending beyond our team to provide resources and opportunities to serve and love our employees and families. In order to reach out and impact communities locally and around the world, we first must reach in and love our employees and their families well.

We offer several resources to strengthen our employees and their families such as pastoral care including prayer, counseling, and financial help for families going through difficult times. ARISE fitness to encourage people to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually

Equip

We offer retreats for our employees to connect with one another and grow personally, including marriage retreats for couples, a Right Now Media video library with the aim to enrich employees and their families through practical and spiritual content. We also offer Home Teams, that help them grow in community and faith with others in a small group setting, and much more.

Activate

Our Employees have the opportunity to use their gifts and join in on local and global outreaches, enriching the lives around them.

Through outreaches, our employees can grow in community, empathy, and a greater sense of purpose. We link arms to reach people outside our organization through our local partners. We get to use our influence, passion, and resources to help strengthen those who are doing good, strategic, front-line work with those in need in our area.
